Once you have a Citizens Home Equity Line of Credit, the Citizens Equity Access Card allows you to have access to your Line of Credit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use your card to withdraw funds as you need them. These transactions will appear on your monthly statement. Transactions are available anywhere you see the Star or Cirrus Logo.

• FREE Citizens Financial Bank ATM transactions.
• Owners of other ATMs (non-Citizens Financial Bank ATMs) may impose a transaction surcharge for processing your transaction. A notice of this is displayed on the ATM prior to completing you transaction.
• Transactions processed at a non-Citizens Financial Bank ATM may be subject to a fee depending on the checking account program you use.
