ACCESSING YOUR FUNDS

Over-the-counter withdrawals are not allowed on Christmas Club accounts (unless to close the account).

There are 3 easy ways to access the funds:

1. Select a transfer date and the funds are automatically transferred to the Citizens account of their choice (Checking, Savings or Money Market) on that date.
2. Or, request a standard transfer and the funds will transfer to their Checking, Savings or Money Market at the end of October.
3. Clients who do not select a transfer option will be sent a complimentary check each year at the end of October.
