Scott has over 22 years of business banking experience working with privately held companies. He manages a veteran group of relationship bankers averaging over 15 years of banking experience. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Valparaiso University along with a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University. Scott is currently on the Board of Directors of the Valparaiso Family YMCA, the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Housing Opportunities, and Vice President of the University Club of Northwest Indiana. He also served on the Board of Directors of Opportunity Enterprises for 10 years.
