Dale joined Citizens Financial Bank as Executive Vice President – Business Banking in April 2008 with over 27 years of business banking experience. In December 2009, he was appointed to Executive Vice President – Sales Management and his responsibilities expanded to include retail sales and marketing. He began his Banking career in 1984 and since then he has been involved with and continues to serve on numerous not for profit and community organizations including: founding board member of the Northwest Indiana Regional Development Corporation, Porter Starke Services (Vice Chair and Finance Committee treasurer), Porter Starke Foundation (immediate past chairman), Past Chairman of the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and Board of Directors, Ivy Tech Advisory board and Capital Campaign Chair, current board member of the Valparaiso Economic Development Corporation, along with several others.
