Free Personal Online Banking Demo

Free Payment Assistant
Personal Bill Pay has a feature called “Payment Assistant”. When you click on the $ amount box, a window launches detailing the payee information, pending payments, recent payments, etc.
Free e-Statements
e-Statements are electronic statements that you can view through online banking and will replace your paper statements. They are available as soon as they are posted, so you receive them much more quickly than paper statements.and e-Statements are FREE!
- Why should I sign up for e-Statements?
E-Statements are a safe and secure way to receive your checking account statement and arrive faster than regular mail.
- How do I sign up for e-Statements?
Visit your local Citizens Banking Center or call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-226-5237. For Citizens locations, click here.
- How do I access e-Statements?
You will receive an email to let you know that your e-Statement is available. You will access your e-Statement through online banking. Click on your checking account and you will then see a “Documents” tab. If you do not see the tab (between the Transfers & Stop Pay tab) you may need to clear your cookies or temporary internet files. Click “Checking Account Statements” and a list of available statements will appear. Click on the statement you wish to view.
- Saving and Printing e-Statements
You can print or save your e-Statements to your computer.
- What if I have a combined statement?
Your e-Statement will look exactly like your current combined statement.
- What about my check images?
e-Statements include check images if you are currently receiving them. If you would like to add check images to your e-Statement, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-226-5237.
- Will I still receive my paper statement?
You will no longer receive a paper statement – think of how many trees you will be saving!
- How many months are available?
Checking account statements are available from August 2006 to present.
Free Messenger
Personal Online Banking users may use Messenger. This feature provides the ability to set up account related email/text message alerts in online banking.
Benefits
- Flexibility – more immediate notification for balance related situations
- Reduces the frequency of telephone banking & online banking inquiries
- Can receive text messages anytime or anywhere (even on vacation)
Communication Methods
- Notice – meant for email communication and will provide more detail. You could enter your cell phone text address, but the amount of information appearing on the screen may be limited.
- Instant Message – will be brief as character length is limited. You can either enter your email address or cell phone text message address to receive notices instantly.
- Text Message* – will be very brief as character length is limited. You can either enter your email address or cell phone text message address.
Messages (except for Instant Messages) are typically delivered between 8:00 a.m. – 8:15 a.m., seven days a week with the account number masked. The balance listed in the message will be the current balance as of the moment the message was generated. For loan related messages, it will be the principal balance.
